Dispatch notifications

With the dispatch notification interface, you receive the dispatch notification for an order directly in your ERP system. It primarily confirms that the goods have left the supplier. When available, we also send additional shipment details such as the courier and tracking number.

We trigger the dispatch notification as soon as Unite receives either the supplier’s dispatch notification or their invoice. In some cases, receipt of the dispatch notification and the receipt of the goods may overlap.

Please note: setting up the dispatch notification interface is required if you want to use the self-billing procedure.

Supported formats and transport protocols

We support the following formats and protocols:

Formats: 

• SAP IDoc XML (e.g. DELVRY03, Unite standard) 

• openTRANS 1.0 

• cXML 

• EDIFACT (e.g. DESADV D96A)  

Protocols: 

• HTTPS (Unite standard) 

• AS2 via HTTP or HTTPS 

• FTPS (server provided by you) 

• SFTP (server provided by you)
